Construction Services
Peak Property Services is selective about the construction work we take on. We focus on projects where our background in building science, code compliance, and design-build execution adds meaningful value: complex remodels, older homes that require a thoughtful approach, and projects where getting it right the first time matters more than getting it done fast.
What We Build
Full interior and exterior remodels, kitchen and bath renovations, basement finishing, decks and exterior structures, finish carpentry, built-in cabinetry, and custom fabrication in wood and metal.
Maintenance & Repair
For established clients, we provide maintenance and repair services. Our dispatch fee is $500, covering up to 3 hours of service. Beyond that, our rate is $150 per hour.
